Shipping Locations

We currently ship only across India and offer international shipping only upon special request. During checkout, you can confirm whether we deliver to your location.​

Shipping Timelines

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2 weeks of placing the order, while international shipping times (available only upon special requests) vary depending on the destination. Also, for customised or made-to-order products, the shipping time may vary depending on the type of customisation and could even take up to 40-50 days to deliver an order. Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping to our customers on all orders. However, for international orders (available upon special requests), customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges (if any).

Damaged or lost Packages

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and place a request for an exchange with photos/ videos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with our courier partners to locate your order or arrange for a replacement.
