RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Mukhtar, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please note that all items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind.

  • Shipping or processing delays.

  • Refusal of customs charges for international orders.


Additionally, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes, including cancellations or swapping out items.

Note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed. However, in certain cases, we may offer shopping credit as a gesture of goodwill.
 

Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Size Issue

If the product does not fit, we will assist in facilitating the process. You may also request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

How to Initiate an Exchange Request

To start an exchange request, please contact us and fill out the exchange form. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or faulty. If your request is approved, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions on how and where to send your package.
Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a final assessment. If we find any breach of the exchange conditions mentioned above, your request will be cancelled, and no replacement will be initiated.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Conditions of Exchange

  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required for all exchange requests.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size is unavailable, we will offer an alternative solution.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Customised Orders

For customised or made-to-order products, kindly note that we do not offer exchanges or cancellations once the order has been placed under any circumstances. However, in case of alteration issues, you may place an alteration request, and we will assist you in facilitating the process. Please note that an additional alteration fee may apply, depending on the nature of the alteration.
 

How to Initiate an Alteration Request

Applicable only on customised orders, alteration requests can be placed at any time, regardless of the date of purchase. However, proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required. To request an alteration, please contact us.
The cost of shipping the item to us is the customer’s responsibility, and we are not liable for any damages incurred during transit. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with an estimated alteration cost along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. If you agree to the terms, you may proceed with the process.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. The final alteration charges must be borne by the customer.
